About this bed and breakfast

1-6 month rental: One bdrm (1000 sqft) fully furnished apartment on quiet, wooded 2 acre lot in Sandy Springs. It is in the carriage house on my property. Full of sunlight with windows on all sides and view of the 2 acres. Above detached garage with separate entrance and two keyed doors. Off street parking. One car preferred.

5 miles to Perimeter Mall and 285/400. Practically equidistant to 400, 285, and 75 making avoiding traffic very possible. Very convenient commute (5-10 mins) to Mercedes Benz USA HQ, AT&T, Cox Communications, First Data, St Josephs Hospital and more. 10-15 mins to Buckhead and Vinings.

Price includes utilities, 1 gig wireless internet, etc. Term of lease is negotiable.

I had a wonderful stay! Perfect size for 1-2 adults for a week or longer. One or two very minor issues were quickly taken care of by the owners, but overall it was ideal for my visit. Looking forward to staying there again in the future when I'm back in the area!
