About this apartment rental
Spacious, rare split level condo that allows for family time, yet quite time during any vacation. The beach is 100 steps away. This condo has breath taking ocean views from entire top floor living area/private balcony as well as bottom floor master bedroom area/private balcony. The 3 bedrooms are located on bottom floor which include private bathrooms and showers in each. All the amenities are in the kitchen including a washer/dryer.
As our guests at this private resort community you will have access to multiple pools, 7 tennis courts, walking/biking paths, Starbucks, and Websters Restaurant for everyone in the family to enjoy. Great location to grocery stores, outlet shopping, and choice of many excellent restaurants

Our family of 4 had plenty of room and it felt like home! Erica was great about communicating with me and we loved all of the amminities and how close it is to the beach! Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect for our needs. The place was very clean, spacious, and had a great view. Beds were comfortable as well. 3BR/3.5BA on 2 floors. Living room/kitchen on the main floor, which is actually the 4th floor, so has a great view. Bedrooms are downstairs... and all are pretty large. The master is huge and has an oceanview with balcony. Loved that it has an ice maker in the wet bar. The TV was enormous and worked out great for a rainy day to watch golf, and movies at night. The TVs in each bedroom were all decent sized and smart TVs.
Just to set expectations for those that might be looking for a newer, more modern feel.... the cabinets, sinks, doorknobs, appliances, etc.are all very dated and look to be original from the late 80s. While they might be old, everything is very clean, functions perfectly well, and doesn't look dingy, etc. The paint on the walls looks fresh and new, and the condo looks great overall and is very comfortable.
We'll certainly stay here again the next time we come back to LBTS.

A group of us have stayed in various condos on the Litchfield By the Sea property numerous times and enjoy it more each time.

This condo is GREAT, easy to beach, beautiful property--quiet and convenient to lots of things . Terry was great to communicate with ,always got back to me fast. We enjoyed our stay even though it was a super hot while we were there. Hope to stay there again in the future.
