The unit underwent a complete remodel in November 2022 including both bathrooms and the kitchen. It has central air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. The master bedroom features a king bed convertible to two twin beds. There is a queen bed in bedroom 2. For outdoor activities, Wailea Elua #102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The Wailea Elua is the premier ocean front property in Wailea. Situated right on Ulua Beach, it has one of the best locations in Wailea. There are miles of spectacular walking paths that follow the ocean In addition the property has two swimming pools with hot tubs. It has an ocean front barbecue/ picnic area as well as an ocean view gym. There is also a paddle tennis court for your enjoyment.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available. A $500 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. Sleeps 4.
