Welcome to Wailea Elua 805, a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental located in the exclusive, gated beachfront community of Wailea Elua Village on Maui's stunning south shore. Just a two-minute stroll to Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's top snorkeling spots, this spacious single-level retreat offers the perfect blend of modern luxury, tropical serenity, and island convenience.
With nearly 1,700 square feet of interior space and an additional private courtyard and lanai, this Wailea vacation rental was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room with dual sofas, and a large flat-screen Smart TV for after-beach relaxation. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and cool tile floors keep the condo perfectly climate-controlled throughout the day.
Each bedroom in Wailea Elua 805 is generously sized and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite boasts a king bed and private access to the lanai. The two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements with four twin beds that can each be made into a king bed upon request, making this an ideal vacation home for families or small groups. This is a wonderful, family-friendly home which is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy Wailea. You can walk to the beach within minutes (a very easy walk) or drive just 10-15 minutes to Makena Beach if you want bigger waves.
They provide you with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a wagon. We really liked having the ability to go to the beach with a way to sit and our drinks and lunches nice and cold!
The location is hard to beat! The Shops at Wailea and the Island grocery are walkable (you can drive, too, of course), so you can grab whatever you need for groceries. The nearby hotels have coffee shops and fine dining and are accessible by a lovely paved path—a great way to get in your morning and evening runs/walks.
As they make clear, the kitchen is very bare bones in terms of what is provided. We had salt and pepper but nothing else. Making a grocery list ahead of time you will help!
We cannot recommend this place enough and will be back!!

Wonderful stay in a fantastic unit! Unit was spotless clean and the location is 10/10. It's an easy 2-3 minute walk to the pool/pavilion and the beach, and the grounds are spectacular. Logistics were super easy. We'd rent again in a heartbeat.
