About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the second floor of a gated resort and features 24-hour security and a front desk. Two elevators lead to the underground garage.
The living room and bedroom open onto a large, covered balcony, which is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture, and umbrellas, and offers panoramic views over the city of Lagos.
The well-maintained park grounds feature a swimming pool for adults, a children’s pool, a playground, a mini-golf course, outdoor restrooms, and a snack bar/restaurant.
The beautiful, long sandy beach of Meia Praia can be reached by a romantic stroll in just a few minutes (about 400 m). Additional beaches are easily accessible by local bus. The marina, the city center, local and intercity bus stations, and train stations are all nearby (about a 10-minute walk). A supermarket is about 500 meters from the resort.
Despite its proximity to all amenities, Condominio do Mar is located in a quiet setting and offers the advantage of being able to get anywhere without a car. There is also a long bike path in Lagos.

The location of the condo is excellent. Can easily walk to the beach, grocery store and also to the marina and the old city. Property has a wonderful pool complex and restaurant on the premises. The kitchen had all the items we required to make a meal at home for those days we chose to do so.The property is well maintained. The property does not have air conditioning but managed nicely with the fans provided.Again, great location.

The space was clean and had a compact, well equipped kitchen and was in a quiet, secure feeling location. We had rented a small car (economically at LagoRent) so the underground parking was nice. Old town Lagos was within reasonable walking distance, but sometimes we drove to the free parking space between the train station and the bridge if we didn't feel like walking the full distance. There is also a walking "shortcut" adjacent to a building under construction that brings you out to behind the train station that also helps cut down the walking distance. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice plus and was a great spot for a cuppa/glass. The pool and the grounds were well maintained. The bed was comfy and the towel supply was sufficient. Interestingly, the bedroom had 3 electrical outlets and the kitchen only one so all the appliances were plugged into a power bar. Lots of closet space in the bedroom.Dinis, who looked after the property, was congenial and responded in a timely fashion when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this place as a great spot to stay in Lagos.

We had a great stay! The location was convenient, the apt was clean and cozy and very quiet. Lagos is a wonderful place to be!

The property mngr Dinis was very helpful even helping me to find the property when I got lost he came out to meet me! The apartment and the grounds were spotless clean. Parking is very secure in an underground lot. Location is great near to the very lively Marina and restaurants and a short walk from there is the town. We really enjoyed the stay.
