About this apartment rental
Fantastic location in east / west location with sea views. Walking distance to Meia Praia (10 min), train station (5 min), Marinan (10 min) and Lagos center (15 min), 1 km to Pingo Docé which we can warmly recommend for grocery shopping.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, located on the second floor of a building with communal pool which is accessed via the garage, there is access to sun loungers in high season, large roof terrace and elevator. The first thing that meets you is a spacious hallway adjoining the large living / dining room with doors leading out to a large balcony overlooking the communal pool area. In the living room there is a large dining table with seating for up to 6 people and a sofa group and a living room table. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.Also is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, stove with four plates, fridge / freezer, oven and micro. Two bedrooms each with two single beds, bedside tables and bedside lamp. Master bedroom has exit to small balcony overlooking Meia Praia, good with storage space. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower cubicle and the other a bath, both have a bidet.It is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi access free of charge.Recently a Chinese restaurant opened in the area near the apartment.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The photos don't do justice to the amount of space available. It's also very well equipped. The pool and area around it is excellent, if a bit of a faff to get to, but that's a very minor issue. Having the centre of Lagos only a 10 minute walk away is also very convenient. The biggest selling point of this property is the air conditioning, and after a week of 30+° days, we were very grateful to have it.

We have loved Algarve and the apartment was even better that we expected. Clean, big rooms and fully equipped with everything we needed. Quiet area although it is quite close to the Marine. You can walk to the center of Lagos (12-15min)
