About this house rental
A house as we dream for a holiday by the sea: the sea air the smell of pines, the beach at the end of the garden ... There is everything you need for a complete letting go with family or friends . Bright, well equipped, beautifully decorated, it offers total comfort in a joyful, elegant and unpretentious setting.
The garden itself, fully enclosed by a stone wall, is a real treat, with its heated salt pool (10x5), and its large terrace to feast around a good barbecue (barbecue and plancha).
The five bedrooms and four bathrooms, most of them on the garden level, are decorated in soft or tart colors, with neat, modern and functional bathrooms.
The house consists of a main part and an independent annex:
Main building: • living room with double lounge, fireplace and billiard • open kitchen, fully equipped, with dining table • master suite with 160 bed, shower room and toilet en suite • double room with 160 bed • double room with two beds of 90 • bathroom with shower and bathtub • separate toilets • laundry
Annex: • Two double bedrooms, with independent entrance and each with its own shower room and WC, one with a bed of 140, the other of two beds of 90.
The icing on the cake: the beach is 1 minute walk, accessible by a small path that crosses the dune.
An outdoor shower will allow you to unwrap before jumping into the pool.
And to end the day, a game of petanque on the bowling green!
In the evening, turn on the remote control lights of the swimming pool and the garden, and enjoy the sweetness of the rest in the comfortable garden furniture.
Pool and garden maintenance are regularly provided by professionals and included in the rental.
Optional services are available on request: cleaning, rental of sheets and towels, bike rental.
The village and the market are 2km away: by bike (5-8 ') or on foot (20-25') by a small road or by the beach at low tide.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge and very well laid out. The pictures actually could do with improvement because we were very impressed by what we found and felt like it wasn't actually all visible in the photos beforehand. The house is well equipped with a large fridge freezer with built in ice maker and filtered chilled water dispenser. Plenty of room to park (and the owner was fine with us charging our EVs and reimbursing them at the end - bring an extension lead!). Easy access to the major cycle paths, excellent pool and overall a really good location. It was an overall quiet area and we felt very safe. We're already booked to go back again next year.

We had a Lovely week at the house, highly comfortable, well heated, cosy with fire place and large living room. The house is easy for large family, kitchen is well equipped. Beds and bathroom are functional and nicely decorated. The house is located next to the beach for nice walks. We rented bikes for nice rides along the island. The concierge was available with great proposals.

We had a fantastic time in the villa in Saint Marie de Ré. The location was excellent and the kids had so much fun in the swimming pool. The house was well equipped and the garden was lovely. Special thanks to Laetitia who was 24/7 available for our questions and made our stay even better.
