About this apartment rental
From a former hotel about 4 years ago these great apartments were rebuilt. In the first sea line you will find this great well-kept apartment with a
fantastic view over the bay of Cala Millor.
You can expect a modern, well maintained apartment with gigantic sea views.
An open living - dining area, with nice fitted kitchen, dining area for up to 4 people, and in the living room a sofa bed (140 x 200), a bright shower room with walk-in shower ...... A great apartment for your holiday in a TOP LOCATION
In the 3 floor we have a vacation apartment with about 55 square meters with one bedroom, great shower room, open living - dining area with a sofa bed for more sleeping. She will feel good.
Shops all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is clean and modern, perfect for a self catering holiday, situated above a couple of restaurants and spa shops and a stone throw away from the beach.

The apartment is spacious and bright with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Everything was as advertised and our host, Thomas, was responding very fast to every massage we have sent. Overall, it was a great stay at his property.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönen Balkon und Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat einen guten Zuschnitt und einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.
Im Januar und Februar sollte man sie nicht vermieten. Die Wohnung liegt nach Norden und fast das ganze Haus ist in dieser Zeit unbewohnt (und unbeheizt). Wenn man die Heizung (mit der vorhandenen Klimaanlage) nachts oder bei Abwesenheit abschaltet, stellt sich sehr schnell wieder die Temperatur des Gebäudes (ca. 16 Grad) ein. So kalt ist dann auch der Boden und das (unbeheizbare) Badezimmer.
Ausserdem war mit dem vorhandenen Router keine Internetverbindung möglich (im Internetcafe funktionierte das immer problemlos).
Gleich um die Ecke gibt es schöne Wanderwege und ein sehr empehlenswertes Cafe (Biggi´s).
