This is my personal home in East Nashville is perfect for your group's next stay in one of the most visited cities in the country. This was a great stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. Very clean property with everything we needed. Only two down falls that really didn't bother us much but may others... You are in a tight neighborhood. You park on the street so being able to park two vehicles was a little tight at times. Also, the quiet hours are taken very seriously. There must have been issues with the neighbors in the past. It is asked that you stay inside after 10pm. If you get a noise complaint, you forfit your deposit. Just a heads up. But overall it was great and I would book it again. Just if you're a wilder crowd, you may wanna look elsewhere.
