The cosy apartment of 85 m² consists of:

- a cosy living room with SAT-TV, a table with corner bench and a couch
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a bathroom with bathtub and shower, bidet and WC
- a nice terrace and a garden with deckchairs
- a storeroom and a box room for your skis and shoes

Stua:
The living room, called LA STUA in Ladin, the language spoken in the valley, is a cosy traditional wooden „Stube“ with SAT-TV, an eating table with corner bench and a sofa. On the balcony you will find a small table and sun beds.
Majon:
This is a very big and cosy bed room with a double bed. There is also a reading table and a couch.
Majon dal sel:
This is an attic room with a small couch and a double bed which can be separated.
Cësa da fuech:
The kitchen is very well equipped:
There are an eating table and chairs, a refrigerator with freezer, a dish-washer, an oven, a gas stove, a filter coffee machine and a large array of dishes.
Bani:
The bathroom consists of a bathtub with shower, a bidet, a WC and a washbasin with a big mirror.
Ambiente:
The house is situated in a wonderfully quiet and sunny place surrounded by beautiful lush meadows on the edge of the wood (the Resciesa Forrest). You can enjoy a breathtaking view on the Sasslong, the Sella Massif and the Gardena Valley, and you can reach the town centre within only 10 walking minutes.
The building is surrounded by a beautiful big garden with a lawn where you can relax and enjoy the great view on the mountains. We have sunshades and deckchairs for you and on request also a barbecue. There is a parking place available.
Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions and skiing; it is situated about 500 m from the Resciesa cable car and about 800 m from the Seceda cableways.

In the summer the wood lets you feel the freshness of the forest and in the winter it creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset.

The grounds of this property are like being in heaven. They are simply stunning and will leave you breathless. It’s hard to believe places like this exist, we feel so blessed we got to experience it. We had a very challenging time finding the property. Thankfully I stopped a random person who happened to be a neighbor and helped me find my way. The parking is a little tricky.The home … let’s see. The stairway up is almost vertical (no exaggeration). I had two little kids with me and it was nerve wracking when they went up and down. Getting suitcases up is just very hard - I’m going to be honest. If you have any accessibility issues whatsoever keep this in mind. The layout of the house is quite odd but maybe typical for the type of property. The views from the bedrooms are stunning. The apartment does sit above another apartment which I didn’t realize. Traveling with kids I want them to be able to be wild and free and I was so concerned with them being quiet to not disturb the owner below. This wasn’t ideal. There’s multiple other dwellings / living situations going on - kind of a compound. The communication with the owners son was very easy and he was very responsive. I don’t speak Italian or German so I wasn’t able to speak with the owner at all. But to reiterate - the view and the grounds were honestly life changing. They were so glorious that nothing else really mattered!

We had an excellent stay at the beginning of the ski season. This was a new area for us and we covered good distance each day.
Views from apartment across the valley were wonderful. Only downside was the uphill walk from the town, or preferably the nearest ski bus stop.

Nice apartment, complete, 10min walk from secada lift and city center. Walk uphill to house is little steep.
