There is a fishing pond on-site stocked with carp, which adjoins a nature trail and woodland walk. The Camel Trail cycle path is close by, as is The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House and Gardens (National Trust). Walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all nearby. Beach 3½ miles. Shop and restaurant 1½ miles, pub ½ mile.
