The location is fabulous.
No AC, just a fan which is not enough. It was extremely hot in the apartment. We had an issue with the door key but they came to fix it as soon as I called.

The apartement is located in the city centre so that is very convenient.
The apartement is on the second floor of the building and just above a busy student bar so it is pretty noisy in the evening and at the weekend. The bedroom has no door and is open to the sitting-room so it is difficult to block the noise. The TV wasn't working and although I notified the agency by email, noone came back to me. A lot of the ceiling light bulbs were dead.
