Half of the holiday duplex is divided into
- Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and terrace have a direct view of the dike; Guest toilet, storage room, patio furniture and high chair are available,
- Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds for 4 people with an additional cot, bathroom with shower / toilet.
The large lawn area offers plenty of play area for the children.
Parking space is available.
Although there are only short distances from the house to the beach or the spa and entertainment options, our house is in a very quiet location and offers pure relaxation.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber u hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und alles lief sehr reibungslos. Die Umgebung und die Nähe zur Nordsee ist richtig super. Die Zeit war super schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Liebe Familie Angermann, vielen Dank für den netten Empfang und die schöne Woche in Ihrem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und seine Lage direkt hinterm Deich spricht für sich selber. Schöne Grüße aus Unterfranken.

Absolut gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Südterrasse. Kurze Wege zum Wasser und dem kleinen Zentrum. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
