About this apartment rental
Welcome to SEEHÜS in Friedrichskoog-Spitze! The apartment on the upper floor of our Scandinavian holiday home has its own balcony, a large living room, a small kitchen with a wonderful view of the dike, a beautiful bathroom and two cozy bedrooms with two beds each. There is space for 2-6 people in the apartment. When renting to 5 or 6 people, an additional bedroom with a double bed and bathroom is available on the ground floor. Since some of our guests go to the North Sea for health reasons, we only rent to non-smokers. That is why pets are not allowed!

• Apartment approx. 62-74 sqm on the 1st Floor directly on the dike • Note: The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are only available for rentals of 5 people or more! • Kitchen with (fully furnished) with dishwasher • 1 comb. Living / dining room with balcony • 1 bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor • 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds on the 1st floor • 1 bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor • Shower / toilet on the 1st floor • Shower / toilet on the 1st floor (walk-in shower) • Central heating • Washing machine for shared use • Pets are not allowed • Non-smoking apartment • Please bring bed linen and towels with you, but can also be borrowed from the tourist service for a fee • The apartment is not suitable for fitters.
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
