The staff was very helpful and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great! The hotel also has a secure garage for overnight parking.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have leg or lung issues, it's a bit inconvenient :) The location is off the highway, so it's not near any of the tourist spots but it's convenient for getting in and out of Cusco by road.

I booked this hotel for my last night in Cusco, to have a pleasant last night and to use the free Airport Shuttle.
The owner of the hotel was really friendly and even drove me to the nearest bank when my creditcard did not work for the payment. The room was perfectly clean and the shower is really nice and warm (not always the case in Cusco). I would definitely recommend this hotel when you are coming from/going to the airport!
