A little off the beaten track of pretty quite, good internet, Been in Peru 10 days one of the nicer places.
Pretty quite NO ROOSTERS WAKING ME UP AT 5 AM.

A little out of the way but a really nice and well-run hotel. It is family-run hotel and it shows. The taxi cost to and from the downtown is less than $3 so it makes sense to get a spacious room. The hotel has a 24 hour kitchen which allows guests to enter and do their own thing. All types of tea are offered. No coffee however.
The hotel is based on a compound configuration. It is quite safe and has open expanses.
When visiting Cusco again, I will stay at this hotel. It has so many benefits.

The room was clean and in decent condition. Only issue was air pollution due to closeness to airport runway and city street. Fumes were strong with windows closed. Other than that it was comfortable for the lower price.
