The house is on a close 4000 m², tidy property, in a beautiful garden. The small house has 67 m² and it is ideally decorated and equipped. The living and dining room accommodate up to 5 people, and have a Sat-TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Internet access is possible. There is a very beautiful, American kitchen with ceramic stove top, baking oven and dish washer, microwave, extraction hood, refrigerator with freezer, vacuum cleaner, Senseo coffee machine. You have a beautiful bathroom with fizzy bathing tub, shower, sink and washing machine. In the gallery, there is a separate bedroom with double bed. There are 3 single beds in the open gallery. You will also find a modern pool with counter current flow and massage jet. There are many places where you can sit and relax on the property. There is a nice grilling place under a big fig tree, where you can relax. There is also a large place for petanque amateurs.

We loved the facilities here. The kitchen was so well equipped and our hosts very generous. We found the steep ladder to our bedroom and the fact that the bathroom was on a different level to be the only problem; I would not recommend this particular property on the site to anyone with mobility issues. The wide variety of outdoor spaces and excellent poolside facilities were much appreciated.

Not only has the owners created a small paradise here in Arles, they are also extremely friendly and go out of their way if they in anyway can help. We got a small house to stay in. We never stayed in a place with such attention to details. It is difficult, not to feel at home here. We will definitely come back, if we are in the area. Highly recommended

We very much enjoyed our 1st stay at the Oasis 1 with Marie and Falk. Their guesthouse is located centrally for plentiful sight seeing in the Provence and lovingly set up for leisurely relaxing in the wonderful terrace paradise. They were great hosts, and the place was beautifully decorated and maintained. Our limited French was not a problem, Marie was equally at home with English or German. Arles is a great base for seeing the area, with plenty of history and charm, and has a fantastic market, while the location with the pool and garden allow you to chill out and enjoy being "home" as well. We only wished we could have stayed longer and definitely plan to return in the future.

The owners of this property could not try any harder, it is tastefully decorated with more than you expect for a self catering holiday. Air conditioning guarantees a good night sleep, pool is great, grounds are superb. This truely is a wonderful place to stay. Marie & Falc make you so welcome. We will definately stay here again when we next visit Provence. Its a great position for visiting many key tourist sites. Thouroughly recommend it

Einfach nur super. Tolle Gastgeber, wunderschönes Ferienhaus, einen Urlaub den wir nicht vergessen werden. Schöner Wohnbereich, großzügige Küche mit allen notwendigen Dingen, die einen Ferienaufenthalt angenehm machen. Beheizter Pool, eine immer in Erinnerung bleibende Plancha unterm Feigenbaum, Gartenmöbel in denen Mann und Frau sich sonnen, ausruhen und die Seele baumeln lassen können. Einfach nur super. Idealer Platz auch für Ausflüge ans Meer nach Sainte Marie de la Mer oder Avignon oder anderen Plätzen der Provence. Arles direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können Marie und Falk nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei diesen reizenden Vermietern, über die wir zuvor schon so viele tolle Bewertungen gelesen hatten. Und die Realität hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, blitzsauber und es fehlt wirklich nichts. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und inzwischen viel üppiger begrünt als auf den Fotos. Ja, und Marie und Falk sind wirklich perfekte Gastgeber, die ihre Gäste einmal wöchentlich mit einem großartigen gemeinsamen Essen verwöhnen. Außerdem hat Falk jede Menge toller Tipps parat. Die Gegend um Arles bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub, sodass wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort waren. Wir danken Marie und Falk noch einmal für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die kulinarische Verwöhnung! So etwas findet man nicht überall! Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire: Marie. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille extraordinaire. La location était très propre et, très bien équipée. Il y avait même des boissons dans le réfrigérateur et, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner: huile vinaigre pâtes riz( le tout de très bonne qualité) Un belle piscine des transatlantiques un coin barbecue également disponible Marie nous a invités à partager des grillades avec les autres locataires. Je conseil cette location à un couple, une famille et toute autre personnes qui veux se reposer tout en écoutant le bruit des cigales. Je remercie encore Marie qui sait rester très discrète et ausi très disponible. Merci aussi à son mari Falk pour l' accueil et les conseils Nadia, Samia et Philippe

Nach den guten Vorschusslorbeeren waren wir echt gespannt, was uns erwarten würde. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Volltreffer heißen Marie und Falk! Denn solch liebenwürdige Vermieter haben wir vorher noch nicht getroffen! Ein Wort reicht und schon wird sich um alles gekümmert. Und das mit aufrichtiger Hingabe. Hier ist man gern gesehener, willkommener Gast und das spürt man jede Minute! Wir wurden gleich persönlich auch den anderen Gästen vorgestellt und waren sofort integriert. Es war für uns sehr schön, denn daraus ergab sich eine nette Urlaubszusammengehörigkeit. Über die Wohnung brauchen wir kein Wort zu verlieren, denn sie ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich und in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben: 1A Wir kommen wieder, das ist klar!!! Wir (2Erw., 2 Kinder) haben eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche genossen. Die Oase macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre: Eine mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung mit Küche, in der kein Utensiel fehlt. Alles tip top sauber. Der sehr gepflegte Garten mit dem Pool, den vielen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten und der gemütlichen Außenküche ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber Marie und Falk sind die Gastfreundschaft in Person. Sie kümmern sich rührend um jedes Anliegen. Die Einladung zum gemeinsamen Gästegrillnachmittag unter dem schattigen Feigenbaum haben wir besonders in Erinnerung. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen wieder!

Den Beschreibungen der anderen Gäste ist nichts mehr hinzuzufügen, die Unterkünfte bei Marie und Falk sind einsame Spitze! Wenn man aber einfach in der Tür steht und alles belegt ist, zeigt sich das große Herz der Gastgeber. Es wurde für uns ein Quartier "herzu gezaubert", super sauber, ausreichend für Globetrotter und so geschmackvoll, dass wir die Abreise immer wieder hinauszögerten. Eigentlich darf man gar nicht schreiben, wie sehr es uns gefallen hat, sonst ist wieder schon alles auf Jahre ausgebucht... Dieses Ferienhaus war der wahre Glückgriff. Die Oase 1 lebt von ihrer geschmackvollen und umfangreichen Ausstattung sowie von der Herzlichkeit der Vermieter. Es ist alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch unser 10jähriger Sohn fand sein Zimmer und den Pool so toll, dass es für uns eine leichte Entscheidung war, die Oase 1 für nächstes Jahr wieder zu buchen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch die gemeinsamen Grillabende waren toll. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Ein perfekter Urlaub

Das Anwesen ist super gepflegt und unser Fereinhaus war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann (Kerzen, Servietten, Strreichhölzer, für jedes Bett eine dicke und eine dünne Bettdecke, ausreichend Kleiderbügel usw.). In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt von der Spülmaschine bis zur Kühlmanschette für Flaschen. Die ruhige Lage ist einfach himmlisch und man ist trotzdem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten in der Stadt oder im Einkaufszentrum. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Besichtigungen (z. B. Avignon, Aix-en-Provence) oder einfach nur zum Beobachten von Flamingos in der Camargue (total entspannend). Die Gastgeber Marie und Falk, die auf dem Gelände wohnen, waren mit ihrer warmherzigen und unaufdringlichen Art eine echte Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub. Ihre Grillabende mit vielen regionalen Köstlichkeiten, wurden von den übrigen Gästen ja bereits gelobt. Die Wirklichkeit hat die Schilderungen noch übertroffen, es war nämlich zudem überaus amüsant und unterhaltsam, wie bei Freunden. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, denn wir haben in 14 Tagen längst noch nicht alles gesehen und Falk hat immer gute Tipps, die nicht im Reiseführer stehen. Dieser Urlaub war ein echter Glücksgriff und wir sind froh, dass sich Marie und Falk entschlossen haben ihre Oase mit Gästen zu teilen. Liebe Marie, lieber Falk, eigentlich ist alles gesagt durch die vorherigen Gästen, aber wir würden uns auch nochmal gerne auslassen darüber, wie sehr wir von unserem Aufenthalt in der L´Oase 1 begeistert waren! Die Oase ist toll und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (Chapeau, Marie!), man kann gar nicht anders, als sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Wenn man denn trotz der unzähligen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe noch dazu kommt, den topgepflegten Garten und den - im April eher nordseewarmen - schnuckeligen Pool zu nutzen, ist die vollkommene Entspannung eine Frage von Sekunden...:-)) Das Beste ist aber eure Gastfreundschaft, eure Hilfsbereitschaft (wenn man mal grade eine Reifenpanne in Avignon hat...), die interessanten und superkomischen Gespräche, die Grill-Donnerstage, die Lammschulter, die vielen tollen Tipps, ach, einfach alles! Begeistert!

Auch uns hat es erwischt! Wir werden nur noch schwer für andere Ferienwohnungen/häuser zu begeistern sein ;-) Die Ausstattung ist wirklich einmalig. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail, mit der die Einrichtung vorgenommen wurde. Stadtnah und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen bietet das Haus einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung und zu sehen gibt es hier reichlich. Danach lädt der ebenfalls mit viel Liebe gestaltete Garten zum Relaxen ein. Wir haben uns bei den Gastgebern Marie und Falk, sowie ihren beiden süßen Hunden Coco und Gigi, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und -genau wie das Haus- mit jedem Komfort ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich hier spontan "zu Hause". Gelungen fanden wir auch den gemeinsamen Abend mit den anderen Gästen, bei denen Marie uns mit einer lokalen Leckerei verwöhnte. Marie und Falk verhelfen der "Oase" zu einer neuen Defintion. Bisher war das für mich immer eine grüne Insel in einer Wüste. Nun ist eine Oase eine "Wohlfühlzone in den Weiten der Provence" :-) Wir kommen wieder, wenn uns auch klar ist, dass die Chancen, eine freie Zeit zu erwischen, mit jeder positiven Bewertung sinkt ;-) Liebe Grüße vom Niederrhein, Peter, Beate und Zazou

anreise: unkompliziert, gut zu finden mit mit skizze und navi vermieter: nett und kompetent ausstattung: ausgezeichnet!!! besonders hervorzuheben: der kleine lebensmittelvorrat (reis, nudeln, öl); eine vielzahl deutscher programme im fernsehen, wifi, waschmaschine in der wohnung sicherheit: kindersicherung an der treppe vorhanden (beidseitig) tipps: kinderspielplatz fontvieille und arles, regalonschlucht, fort buoux und wanderung am fluss aiguebrun, elektroboot fahren auf dem esparron, auf dem kirchendach sitzen von saintes-maries-de-la-mer ps: ab ende märz 2012 direktverbindung von frankfurt nach avignon!

Eigentlich ist ja schon "alles" gesagt... Die Bewertungen entsprechen in jeder Beziehung der Realität und reflektieren das "Wohlfühl - Klima", das einen beim Betreten der Anlage bzw. des Ferienhauses sofort befällt. Urlaub auf hohem Niveau in einer bezaubernden Atmosphäre mit Gastgebern, die diese Bezeichnung uneingeschränkt verdienen. Dank an Marie und Falk für 11 wunderschöne Tage in Oase 2. Die „L’Oase“ verdient einfach eine tolle Bewertung, selbst wenn wir damit noch mehr Interessenten auf dieses ohnehin stark nachgefragte Objekt aufmerksam machen. Die sauberen Unterkünfte sind komplett ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was man benötigen könnte inkl. einer Lebensmittel-Grundausstattung. Besser geht es nicht. Der Garten ist herrlich gepflegt, bietet Sonne und Schatten und ist der Stolz der Besitzer. Die Sommernächte sind heiß, aber das wird in der Provence niemanden überraschen. Das Größte an der „L’Oase“ sind jedoch die liebenswürdigen Eigentümer selbst. Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit ist einfach überwältigend, sie sind stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der beste Reiseführer der Provence ist Falk. Vergeßt, was die vielen Bücher und Karten Euch sagen, fragt einfach ihn nach den besten Wegen und Tipps. Marie hat uns mit ihrer „französischen Zunge“ sehr geholfen. Sie ist eine aufmerksame und charmante Gastgeberin. Wir empfehlen die „L’Oase“ sehr und freuen uns auf ein wiedersehen.
