Das Gesamtobjekt, war ziemlich sauber. Es lag in einer gesicherten, ruhigen Wohnanlage mit eigenem Stellplatz. Die Lage zum größten örtlichen Supermarkt war ideal ca. 75m, so dass man kein Auto für den einkauf benötigt. Die Lage zu den Stränden ist ebenfall ssehr gut. Der Balkon lag mittags un dabens im Schatten. Lediglich bein Frühstück schien die Sonne in den für mehr als drei Personen engen Balkon. Einen Sonnenschirm gab es leider nicht. Das Verhältnis zur Vermieterin war lediglich dadurch etwas getrübt, dass die auf deutsch vorhandene Anzeige zum einen wesentlich weniger Angaben enthält, als die franz. Originalanzeige und darüberhinaus teilweise nicht der Originalanzeige entsprach, bzw. in einem von der Originalanzeige abweichenden Sinn verstanden werden kann.

Petit appart sympa, confortable, très propre, situé dans une résidence agréable, sécurisée et très calme. Très bien situé, on fait tout à pieds, c'est parfait. On s'est senti très bien dans ce lieu et on y reviendra très certainement. Très agréable séjour.

Appartement géographiquement bien situé.Près du centre ville et des plages. Un grande déception de l'intérieur.Mezzanine ou il est impossible de s'y tenir et de dormir: Chaleur accablante et étouffante malgré la climatisation.Obligation de dormir en bas dans le petit espace restant. Porte fenêtre vétuste,impossibilité de se tenir sur la terrasse le matin et le midi par manque de tenture. Quelque peu étonnés par les avis déposés sue le site.!!!!!

Saintes e' meravigliosa... l'appartamento e' centrale o quasi.. zona tranquilla e parcheggio riservato utilissimo... la scala per il soppalco un po' pericolosa per due bimbi piccoli... per i letti portare 2 completi matrimoniali... proprietari molto gentili. Camargue fantastica!

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants (16 13 10 ans). Les plus c'est la proximité des commerces à pied ainsi que du coeur des Saintes Marie et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont sympa. Les moins l'accès à la mezzanine (escalier dangereux)
