The apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments. Built in 1998 in the Norwegian style cottage is on a 1400 sqm large sunny garden plot. The apartment has a private terrace and a separate entrance. The comfortably and tastefully furnished is located on two levels, the living-dining area in Erdgeschoß.Die fully equipped kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven and a dishwasher. The cozy bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with shower are located on the first floor. There is a garden sauna on the property, which is open to guests of the entire house.
