About this house rental
The typical red wooden house is located in Dalarna near Falun. On the spacious property is a main house with guest house as well as an additional saunahaus directly at the lake. All houses are rented only to one guest / family, H. The plot is at your disposal for your sole use. Whether relaxing with a good book on your own beach pier, a saunagang with cooling off in the lake or an excursion "on the water" with your own rowing boat, recreation seekers will get their money's worth. In addition, the surrounding area around Falun offers numerous cultural and sporting opportunities for an active holiday. The forests and lake landscape in Dalarna invite you to extensive hikes, walks or excursions. In winter, sports enthusiasts can get their money's worth at "cross-country ski runs".

We were very happy to have found this property. The setting, while actually quite close to all the amenities of Falun, feels private and secluded. It was so nice to be able to look out onto the beautiful lake.
Anna greeted us in a friendly manner when we arrived, and showed us everything we needed to see, and explained everything we needed to know.
The bed was comfortable, the house is well equipped, and we settled in quickly to our safe and cozy temporary home. We especially appreciated the modern kitchen, and the use of a new washing machine.
The host, Kerstin, was easy to work with, and available when needed.
We have carried home wonderful memories of our stay in Sweden. Thank you, Kerstin and Anna!

The site is great,also the options to hike are perfect.the included sauna and boat provide you with a perfect opportunity to safe the day if it us raining.
The house was not in a perfectly clean condition at arrival.
In general,we can highly recommend the site

We stayed a week at the house at the lakeside. Modern, all the equipment the heart desires (sauna, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite tv, rowing boat, grill, garden furniture under the trees and next to the lake, etc.). The lake is quite shallow, with water lilies and reed. Excellent for fishing, mainly perch, many of them small, but there are also bigger specimen in it. An excellent spot for birdwatchers, too.

Gepflegtes Häuschen an einem netten See. Man hört die relativ dicht gelegene Landstraße, das hat uns je nach Windrichtung manchmal sehr gestört. Sehr nette Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir mussten früher abfahren, daher haben wir weder Sauna noch Fahrräder oder Boot genutzt. Die Verbrennungstoilette ist erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber eine tolle Alternative zum Plumpsklo. Lidl etwa 7 km entfernt.
