About this house rental
The house is in the small village of Svabensverk.
Enjoy the pure nature and the sound of the waterfall in the garden.
Winter: Snow and ice provide winter fun, such as cross-country skiing, ice skating, sledding, hiking and all directly from home. Materials are present and included. Afterwards, enjoy a wonderful sauna in the wellness.
At Christmas, the illuminated houses and the church provide an attractive picture. Other winter activities such as a snowmobile ride can be organized upon request.
Summer: Swimming, sunbathing and fishing around the private lake from the jetty in the large garden (5000m2). Here everyone can relax, but the environment also invites you to an active holiday in all seasons. A folder full of trips in the area is greatly appreciated by our guests.
The house (240m2) is on one level and fully equipped. There are five spacious bedrooms. The size of the house is also suitable for a large family or two families. In the basement there are two garages, a laundry room with washer and dryer, wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower. There is also a fitness room with equipment. possibly in the summer. 10th berth in small playhouse. Includes: ATB bikes, large kayak with camping gear for overnight on uninhabited islands and trips on the lakes around the village. A beautiful 5-person double hull tour / fishing motor boat can be rented. Guided quad tour possible.

Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in der tollen Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt! Morgens eine Tasse Kaffee mit entspannenden Blick auf den See geniessen zu können ist unbezahlbar..!Bei gutem Wetter kann man schwimmen, angeln, rudern etc., bei schlechtem Wetter stehen Fitnessgeräte, eine Sauna sowie eine grosse Video-Auswahl zur Verfügung..Ein herrlicher Ort!

Auch wenn von "Villa" keine Rede sein kann, so ist das Haus sehr geräumig. Für uns (4 Erwachsene) war alles da, was man so benötigt. Die Ruhe, in Schweden fast überall, entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen! Der Eigentümer ist ausgesprochen nett und gibt sich viel Mühe mit seinen Gästen.

Das Haus und der Garten sind ein Traum für Familien, oder Gruppenreisende mit Hunden! Es fehlt im Haus nichts, Töpfe, Gläser, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kanu, Paddel, Sauna, Holz für den Kamin , Spiele für draußen und drinnen, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, alles ausreichend vorhanden und super in Schuss!
Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und toll gepflegt!
Die Kommunikation mit Johan dem Vermieter, verlief immer toll und zeitnah, er ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!
Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und 4 Hunden eine wirklich tolle Zeit!
Die Umgebung mit viel Wald, vielen tollen Angelplätzen immer mit kleinen Unterständen, Feuerstellen und Holz ist ein Traum, wir empfehlen das Boot mit zu mieten um damit auf dem See zu fahren und die kleine Insel zu erkunden !
