The Hacienda is situated in the Sanctuary at West Haven, ideally located for all the attractions Orlando has on offer. Travel times are just 15 minutes to the main gate of Walt Disney World, and 30 minutes to Universal Orlando with Sea World in between. For the golfers, the closest option is Champions Gate with two 18 hole courses just a couple of miles away, although there are more than a dozen other top golf courses all within a 30-minute drive. Shoppers will love Orlando Premium Outlets about 20 minutes away and Posner Park, which is closer and has its own Cineplex.

This spacious home will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom comprises a queen bed and en suite bathroom and its own private entrance to the pool area. Two of the bedrooms comprise queen beds, and share a main bathroom, whilst the fourth bedroom is an en suite twin.

Please note: The Hacienda was designed as a 5 Bedroom property, but we have converted one of the rooms into an office for all those who want to utilize it!

The Hacienda is a ranch-style (single floor) property with a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a small sitting/reading room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Breakfast Nook. Digital cable is provided to offer an expanded choice of viewing including every English Premiership game live for the soccer fans. High-speed broadband is offered free-of-charge.

The pool area benefits greatly from its South-Westerly aspect, giving you glorious sunrises (early birds will enjoy watching the ballooners fly over) and day long sunbathing opportunities but with some shaded areas for relief in the afternoon. The pool area looks out onto to a small natural lake which means that you will enjoy the extra privacy of the setting as well as the chorus of bullfrogs that will regale with song in the evenings.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

The home fits ONLY TWO cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed within the West Haven Community.
