Large 5 double bedroom house - sleeps 10. In gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven. 2 minutes from the Greg Norman Champions Gate Golf Club and 12 minutes from Disney. House backs on to conservation area and small lake and is very private. Balcony off master bedroom (King bed) allows sunbathing even in winter! Private pool and whirlpool spa. Pool cage side privacy screens. Large outside Gas Grill (Barbecue) High speed wireless Internet, Full 75 inch Ultra HD Digital TV. Free telephone calls anywhere in USA, Low cost calls to UK, Tennis courts nearby. Located in the up market area of West Haven, near to Champions Gate, between I-4, US 27 and CR 54. South of Orlando, but 12 minutes drive from Disney (next exit on I-4)

Loved the gated community and quietness of the location. House was located centrally which was great. House could have been a bit more clean. Glitter from previous guests still everywhere. Sauna was lovely, however pool was turning green midway thru stay. Could use some updated decor but over all was comfy.

Was exactly what the posting said it would be. Was in a perfect quiet gated community with wildlife right out tour backdoor. Wonderful for anyone whether it be that of family friend's ect...Clean and very easy to communicate with propery manager if needed(we did not need to communicate with them though). Spent many of days in the pool and spa. We have nothing negative to say about this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Locationwise its about 45 mins to disney World and thats only due to traffic. my husband took 3 rounds of golf and suggusts to go to Southern Duns golf course vs Champions Gate. Both golf courses were beautiful but Southern Duns was half the price and only a 10-15 min drive from the house.

Nice house but in need of many updates. Painting, missing blinds, house was infested with flies and spiders. Screen-in pool patio was torn and split. Bathrooms floors and carpets need to be cleaned.
First floor bedroom mattress with a twin cushion was terrible. Only two TVs in the house. Barbecue grill and cooking utensils needs to be replaced.
Only three face towels and no dish cloth.
Screen-In pool patio areas needs to be replaced.
