About this house rental
Enjoy a lakeside vacation right on the shore of beautiful Lake Noquebay. Fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, watersports, bon fires, kayaking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, ...there is so much to enjoy. The 170 feet of nice walk out sandy frontage hugged by a landscaped large 1.26 acre yard is waiting for you to make memories during a family or group vacation getaway.
The Lakehouse:
This 2,300 square foot, two-story, 5 bedroom lake house has 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 sleeper sofa bed. It also features 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, large deck, 2nd level balcony, and a game room. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking.
The Lake:
Lake Noquebay is a 2,398 acre full recreation lake with a maximum depth of 51 feet and average depth of 10 feet. Enjoy swimming, fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, kayaking, and so much more. One of the four boat landings on the lake is walking distance from the Lake House. Largemouth bass, northern pike, bluegill, rock bass, black crappies and pumpkinseed are abundant. Yellow perch, walleye, musky and smallmouth bass are present.
The Yard/Neighborhood:
The property is over 1.2 acres and is level with no hills, steep slopes, or drop-offs and has easy access and clear view of the lake. There is plenty of open outside space to enjoy yard games or just hang out by the lake. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful; guests enjoy going for walks down the road to the boat landing or around the block.
The Extras:
Enjoy the lake with free usage of 2 kayaks, 2 kids paddle boards, paddle boat, canoe and various small water toys (May-October only). Park your boat by the large private dock (May-October only). Have bon fires by the large firepit (cooking grates, pudgie pie maker, and marshmallow roasters provided!).
The house is stocked with beach, bath and kitchen towels, bed linens, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. Wifi, board games, DVD player, grill, and satellite TV are included.
Year-round Fun:
Winter months are incredible at the Lakehouse. Ice fish on Lake Noquebay. Snowmobile right from the property on hundreds of miles of trails throughout northern Wisconsin. Cross-country ski and snowshoe trails are minutes away. Or just spend cozy northwoods nights in the Lakehouse.
Area Activities and Recreation:
Pontoon Boat Rentals: There are 3 local companies that offer pontoon rentals: Twin Bridge Four Seasons, Popp's Marine, and Crivitz Outdoor Adventure Rentals at The Pines Motel.
Water ski show – The Crivitz Ski Cats perform a waterski show right on Lake Noquebay on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 6:30pm (June-August).
ATV/UTV trails– Marinette County is home to nearly 300 miles of award-winning ATV/UTV trails.
Golfing – two beautiful 18 hole golf courses within minutes of the Lakehouse.
Marinette County Waterfall tour – visit 14 waterfalls along the Pike, Peshtigo, Thunder and Menominee rivers. There are 3 waterfalls within 40 minutes of the Lakehouse.
Snowmobiling – Marinette County has over 600 miles of wide, scenic, well-groomed, and marked trails. Direct access to snowmobile trails right from the Lakehouse.
Downtown Crivitz is a short 10 minute drive and has restaurants, bars, shopping, meat market, coffee shops, medical services, and much more. Green Bay is an hour away with so much to do, including Lambeau Field and Titletown District.
There’s more - white water rafting on the Peshtigo River, horseback riding trails in the area, hiking and biking on The Lake Noquebay Trails, parks, flea markets, farmers market, area events and festivals most weekends during the summer. So much to do you’ll wish you had more time!

The property has one exterior camera monitoring the driveway and septic alarm light. Any attempt to disable, redirect or obscure the exterior camera is prohibited and may, at the owner's discretion, result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or the guest being evicted without any refund.

I require a copy of your photo ID, along with a list of all guest names (will be included in rental agreement). This is a perfect place for 16 of us to get together in one spot in the middle of winter. There’s plenty of room for games, puzzling, cooking, and gathering. Some of us enjoyed ice fishing, ice skating and walking outside on the quiet road. This is the second time we’ve been here and everyone noted how comfortable it feels to stay here again.

My entire group of friends enjoyed this property. As soon as we arrived we had 2 bald eagles fly overhead and throughout the weekend many other different bird sightings, including 19 swans at one point!! The house itself was very clean, updated, and as advertised in the listing! Our only complaint would be having enough room for food storage with only 1 refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen for all food and drinks for our large group (10-12 adults). We had to store some food and drinks in coolers on the deck. I would suggest since the property is advertised with a capacity of 17 that another full size fridge be available. There was a small dorm sized fridge in the boat house, but the capacity of this did not hold much. Other than the neighbors being very close and the house not having a 'private' location, my group would book again!!

The lake house was perfect for our fall family get away. We all felt at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was awesome it has everything you need. The quiet and peaceful evenings by the fire were just what we needed. We enjoyed the S'mores provided by Dawn and her family.. Dawn was very helpful before and during our stay. We recommend this house and hope to return..
