Welcome to the Shark Shark!! In this adorable property, you will be amazed at the updated and renovated décor! This unit is a three bedroom townhouse with two and a half baths which includes an enclosed sleeping porch on the ground level.
Conveniently located less than a mile from the beach and less than a mile to the village, makes this the perfect place for your island getaway. The community pool is steps away from the front door. The double sofa living room has a wall mounted flat panel TV as well as the Master and Guest bedrooms.
Fall in love with the Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath with new walk-in shower. Another guest room with a queen bed is located upstairs with a nearby new full bathroom with a new walk-in shower.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for those events from appetizers to a multi course meal. Enjoy the beach décor in this newly renovated unit or the lush landscaping from the back deck as you have evening cocktails. Feel free to shower in the completely private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Whatever your reason for being on the island this is the home to be based from for all of your activities.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets allowed with the addition of $100 pet fee per dog. (2 dog max.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 3 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Shark Shack was cute and cozy. the furniture was comfortable and nice. the decor was well done in a beach theme which was very cute. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convient to everything we needed to get to.

We really enjoyed staying in this comfortable and pleasant space!
So beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and clean, the townhome was the perfect little retreat for our family.
We arrived after check-in hours, but that was no problem at all. We also had a hiccup with a mail piece that we needed to get to in the key-access-only mailbox, and management was responsive and helpful.
We didn’t lack for anything and felt warmly taken care of.
While this (what follows) wasn't a problem for us and definitely not a complaint, access to both *full* baths do require entry through one of each of the upstairs bedrooms; so, if one guest needs privacy in a bedroom, another guest, who ... say ... needs a shower, has to either go to the bathroom in the other bedroom, if available, or wait until the first guest no longer needs private use of that bedroom. Hope that makes sense.
Again, not a complaint at all; just something to note.
We loved it here and would definitely stay again-- and recommend!!!!!!
