Finca Malvasia Rural Estate & Vineyard

An absolutely beautiful and peaceful place, full of charm and character. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The finca is stunning, surrounded by vineyards and volcanic landscapes, with such a calm and authentic atmosphere. Everything is beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained. We especially loved the privacy, the pool, the gardens and the feeling of being away from everything while still being perfectly located to explore Lanzarote. It was a very special stay for me and my daughters, and one of those places you genuinely feel sad to leave.

Honestly, nothing. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

- entretien des parties communes : piscine peu entretenue (fissure, sol sale, niveau d’eau faible) - manque d’accueil / d’échange pour le standing de l’établissement (en airbnb on vient pour rencontrer et échanger avec les locataires, par exemple nous avons été obligé de réclamer les guides d’accueil, nous avions eu aucune indication sur l’arrivée dans les lieux, nous avons vu quelqu’un 2 jours après notre arrivée) - petit soucis avec des habitants locaux (cafard et mulot) même si nous sommes dans un gîte rural, les cafards ne sont pas bon signe - route pour arriver à la finca : il faudrait indiquer qu’elle est en mauvaise état car certain loueur n’assure pas sur ce genre de chemin

L’établissement était en pleine nature , le décor et l’environnement était très agréable

I liked the location - it's off the beaten track in the middle of vineyards, away from the resorts. You need your own transport and we had a hire car. If you were a cyclist for example you wouldn't need a car. The bungalows are beautifully designed. The owner Richard was very helpful in advising us on places to visit. With warm weather it would be a beautiful base for a holiday.

The cooler weather and rain meant the pool was too cold to use which was a great shame. The rooms felt a little damp on account of the rain but there were heaters provided (the woodburner was out of service).
