Niesamowicie urządzone mieszkanie z klimatem kamienicy. Wystrój super, lokalizacja w punkt. Lokale gastronomiczne, sklepy i dwa secondhandy na wyciągnięcie ręki. Podziemny parking uwzględniony. Super kontakt z właścicielką. Latem tu wracam!

Jeśli chcesz poczuć się jak w XIX wieku, to miejsce jest dla Ciebie. Wysokie sufity, podłoga z naturalnego drewna, ogromne okna sięgające sufitu, poczucie światła i przestrzeni. To było magiczne. Jednocześnie komfort XXI wieku — świeży remont i bardzo stylowo urządzony apartament. Parking w podziemnym garażu znajduje się 100 metrów od mieszkania. W pobliżu parkingu są Biedronka oraz sklep Słowianoczka (z produktami z Ukrainy).
Dość głośna ulica z dużym ruchem samochodowym i tramwajowym — mnie to szczególnie nie przeszkadzało, ale było słychać. Proszę, niech ktoś w końcu zostawi w apartamencie łyżkę do butów 😉

Niesamowicie miła i pomocna Pani właścicielka. Darmowe miejsce parkingowe w garażu obok. Piękna kamienica z historią, przytulne wnętrze, w pobliżu sklepy.
