Super czysto, wszystko na miejscu. Kawa, herbata, czyste ręczniki. Wszystko gotowe na nasz przyjazd. Latwe odebranie kluczy.
Drobiazgi.. parę rzeczy wymaga odnowienia, podrasowania. Uszczerbki blatu, uszkodzone framugi w lazience, latajacy kran w kuchni, uszkodzone zamykanie drzwi w łazience. 9 na 10 nie z powodu tych drobiaxgow, ale dlatego ze przy 30st nie ma opcji zmniejszenia temperatury. Nie ma klimatyzacji, ale nie ma też wentylatora. Przy kosztach wynajmu przy Pyrkownie wiatrak to koszt 10% ceny za dzień:).

Duży plus za dostępność miejsca parkingowego, okna od strony innego osiedla, a nie ulicy, więc nie było głośno. Duża lodówka z zamrażarką, pachnące ręczniki i pościel również na plus.
W naszym apartamencie nie było krzeseł ani stołu, przy którym można byłoby komfortowo zjeść posiłek. Apartament był bardzo drogi, a opcja przedłużenia pobytu była dodatkowo płatna.

The location is good, the owner was nice. I didn't have a problem finding the apartment and the booking process went smooth and it is automated well. Good TV and the internet connection.
The room itself and the equipment was in a bad condition. Dirty walls, rusty kitchen equipment, dirty couch and (I think) broken bed or a really bad matress. Front doors hard to lock and unlock... etc.
