Great balcony with wide sea & Omis view. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Large Studenac shop, coffees and restaurants available in 10 min downhill walk, sandy beach another 10 min walk.
We visited the place in mid August, the hottest period of the year. There is only 1 air condition unit in the apartment, located in the living room. Bedrooms are not air-conditioned. It was REALLY hot in bedrooms, even at night (the apartment is at top floor). Very tight parking place with a weird neighbor making sure I don't cross her property while parking.

Great cleanliness, good communication with the owner, super location of the house - near beach, market, bus stop.
Accommodation in other rooms is probably great, but I recommend find out which apartment you will get - if it is on the ground floor - there is no balcony part of the apartment, even though this is stated in the description. The balcony is available but is not part of the room - you have to take the stairs to another floor and the balcony is walk-through - which is not mentioned in the description :(
