Location (supermarket, beach and bus station almost on the frontyard) & parking lot. I was able to park my bike on the stairway inside the house.
It was quite hot in the app. You have to pay extra for AC.

Localisation ok, not far from the beach. Rooms big enought.
The kitchen is furnished v. Poorly - only 2 fires for cooking, pan and pots v. Poor quality- it is unconfortable to cook on that. Air condition is not included and it is v. Hot in the appartment. Lots of mosquitos and no net to protect.
