You'll have a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico, a fully equipped kitchen and living space, and wonderful shared amenities that include an outdoor pool and sun deck, a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and a sky bridge that leads to the beach!

The white sand beach and emerald Gulf waves are just a quick walk over the resort sky bridge, where you'll also find two complimentary beach chairs. When you're not boogie boarding and sunbathing, you can spend your afternoons shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles northeast) and Destin Commons (four miles west). Sit down for dinner at The Royal Palm at the resort, which offers great window seating at sunset, or head over to one of the beachside restaurants nearby to get a bite to eat with incredible views.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the view and access to the beach right across the street. Master bed is very comfortable. Artwork on the wall was nice to look at. Has what you need to cook or heat up food(oven mits are needed, had to use a towel.) Nice balcony. Loved the tile in the master bath shower. Quiet floor compared to other floors in the building.

The apartment is really nice, chic and clean. The furniture is really nice and the view was amazing. the location is so good. def will be back.
