Unit has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, TV large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed, tv, and full bath.
This wonderful condo is a 'NO SMOKING' unit. POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. The Surfside Resort prohibits pets.

Check in process was smooth and easy and Julie’s communication was great! The second room doesn’t get as cold but there were fans provided in the closet. We would stay here again!

Overall experience was great! Easy check in, condo was clean, and location is great. Easy access to beach, and pool with small kiddos. Small shops near by, with grocery stores within 10 miles. This was our second time at Surfside, but first in this condo— would definitely stay again!

We loved the condo, nice and clean great view of the pool and ocean. Everything we needed in condo. Our host /owner Julie was very nice kept in touch . This is third year coming to surfside first time staying in the condo. We like the pool side the best.

The property and location was good, the unit itself needed some attention eg: very disorganized kitchen, broken, sharp tile in shower, old bed pillows. However, the property manager was great! Julie was very responsive and helpful!
