"Whale Tales" awaits you at Prominence, 30A's newest development. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Aruba unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable and cozy furnishings. It's just the place to relax and unwind here on the Emerald Coast! "Whale Tales" has direct access to the pool, as it is just across the street, Stay here and enjoy our home away from home!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Aruba unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable and cozy furnishings. It's just the place to relax and unwind here on the Emerald Coast! The kitchen is a cook's dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining area has seating for 4, and 4 extra places at the bar. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a 50" 4K HD TV in the living room for your entertainment. The Master suite offers a king size bed, with a queen in the guest bedroom, and both offer 50" televisions as well. "Whale Tales" has direct access to the pool, as it is just across the street, and is just a short shuttle or bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Deer Lake State park has a $3 per day access fee.
The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot, and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one of fun, fitness and relaxation, including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas surrounding the poolside, and a fitness center. The Big Chill ( venue across the street ) offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. We love pets, but please do not bring them as the owner and some regular clients have allergies. Our home does have stairs, when walking in through the front door ( picture provided in property photos )/ You will need to go up a flight of steps to access main living area on 2nd floor. The golf cart is provided to clients to help with beach access. The golf cart is electric and is not meant to be driven long distances fully loaded. If the golf cart needs routine maintenance or is damaged by previous guests there will not be any discounts or refunds

8. Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balcony handrail. This is against HOA policy.
9. Please keep the garage in a tidy order and clean for the next guests. Spray off sand on beach chairs and golf cart
10. Trash pick up is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please make sure trash container is on the curb at 6AM.

The perfect place for visiting 30A! Close access to the Public beach, the hub and many restaurants. They have everything you need for the beach from the golf cart to the canopy and chairs and even beach toys for kids. Having the golf cart was a game changer. Also, stocked with all the supplies to cook and meals at home if needed. We loved every minute. Host communicated very well. Will definitely be back!

Great place, has everything you need for an excellent stay. Pool is just steps away. Golf cart with enough size to put all your beach chairs/umbrellas on it is clutch for beach visits, as it wouldn't be a fun walk without it. Zero issues. You won't want to leave.

This property is beautiful, clean, and decorated nicely! Having the golf cart and bikes was an added bonus! Randell (property owner) was the best! He checked in to make sure everything was ok and was very responsive!
