The location is great, and structure also. The apartment is cozy, confortable, and has all the appliance and silverwares.
There is a walking distance from a mall with restaurant, stores and night musics. Bikes to ride, and a great summing pool.
The sofa needs to be clean and the carpets. Under the refrigerator is also dirty.
There was gun inside the washer and got ruined some of my colthes.
But, I do believe there is a lot of potencial in the apartment. Just need more deepy clean.
