PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It`s great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to `party` in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.
While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the `no partying`, we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. The owner keeps furnishings for future Airbnbs in the garage.

Do you have a pet to bring? Please inform the host before arrival. A $69 pet fee (for up to 7 nights) must be paid before arrival.

This property is perfectly appointed,, absolutely everything you need down to shower gel, shampoo and a fully stocked kitchen with all of the basic essentials even seasonings! The entire process was flawless including the check in
starting with the hosts. the 3 of us were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! The only downer could not be helped, Our first day was a wash because it rained all day so we did not have a chance to use that awesome deck, it looked so comfy 🙌🏾😍 oh well we will just have to get back there to enjoy that deck 😉
