Enjoy the sunrise on the East balcony while sipping hot coffee and watching the dolphins play. And take in a colorful sunset with a bottle of wine on the West balcony while the native birds serenade you. Beautiful oceanfront/beachfront condo with the best views in all of Ocean City. Kitchen was remodeled in 2024 with upgraded cabinetry, blue pearl granite, and all new appliances. Tastefully decorated and immaculate, there is no detail overlooked. This is one of the largest two-bedroom, two story floor plans in OCMD, you'll enjoy the privacy and spaciousness of this condo.
We are located on the 19th floor of the Century One building. Please note that the Century One building is undergoing a cement remediation project and some sidewalks and balconies will be off limits from Labor Day to Memorial Day. For a discount on the rates, please book directly with the owner.

What a fantastic stay!! This spacious condo unit was beautiful, clean, and made for a perfect beach vacation. From the decor, the plentiful kitchen essentials, right down to the outlets with built in night lights. They truely thought of it all!The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk being outside our condo. There is a market pretty much across the street. Five minutes away from all the restaurants we wanted to visit. Fifteen minutes from the boardwalk and 30 minutes from both the Delaware boardwalk and Assateague Island. The perfect place with both oceanfront and bay views! We will be back!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo is ideal for 4 adults (2 couples). The balconies were beautiful offering sunrise and sunset options. The kitchen was perfect for eating in and morning gatherings. The owners were fantastic with all communication. We stayed from Sunday to Wed., had 2 vehicles and were able to pay for 2nd parking permit. (Total for 2 cars with fees 90.)The decor of Mermaids was loved by all. We would definatley vacation here again.

We stayed during 4th of July long weekend. The condo is direct ocean front with beautiful sunrise and sunset views. It was spotless when we arrived and was spacious for 4 people. The kitchen is newly renovated with a colossal island which also serves as the dining area. We liked the open floor plan. Having a locker in the first floor for beach gear is so convenient. The only negative I could think of is the AC temperature. It’s not suppose to go down below 70 and we like to sleep with our thermostat set at 68. Otherwise, the condo is a great place to stay. Dana is a great host. Very responsive and kind. She had bottles of water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine for us. There was a stain in the bathroom counter which was noted by the cleaner. We had no clue where it came from and Dana was super nice about it.

Clean, bright, cheerful unit (1905) . Dana (property manager) was easy to reach the couple of times needed. A lovely home away from home! Ideal for responsible adult guests.
