About this house rental
Charming new house of 124 m² nestled in peace and surrounded by its enclosed garden of 627 m².
5 minutes by car or bicycle from Veillon beach (3 km) and the city center. Bike paths close to the house.
This contemporary house is comfortable, bright and carefully decorated.
On the ground floor: beautiful living space of 62 m² with lounge / dining area and open fitted kitchen, a games room, separate toilet. A large furnished terrace accessible from the dining room and the kitchen (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue).
Upstairs: a master bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) and its large dressing room, two other bedrooms with storage (140 x 190 cm bed), a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet.
Room to store surfboards, bikes and strollers ...
Parking possible for two vehicles in the fenced garden and also outside in front of the house.
Depending on your needs, the games room (10 m²) is modular. It can be converted into a 4th bedroom on request with a 140 X 190 cm bed. For families with young children: ideal because it allows you to spend the day only on the ground floor with a security barrier on the stairs. Toys and board games available.
For baby (on request): a baby bed, a high chair, a security barrier, a bathtub, a stroller, a deckchair and a sleeping bag are available.
The rental of household linen and end of stay cleaning are optional.
Supply of sheets with bed made on arrival: 10 € per bed
Supply of bathroom linen: 8 € per person (a small towel, a large towel and two washcloths)
End of stay cleaning: € 100 (excluding dishes and barbecue)
Rental possibility: weekend, mid-week, week (minimum 2 nights)
Decreasing price over several weeks.
Maximum 8 people including children.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis.
Nous sommes venus avec des amis soit 3 couples au total.
Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager. Le petit plus : un babyfoot pour jouer entre amis. A noter un léger quiproquo concernant le ménage dans l'annonce (en sus du séjour). Une 2e salle de bain serait un plus.

Maison très fonctionnelle et agréable notamment avec les grandes baies vitrées ce qui donne une belle luminosité. Cuisine bien équipée. Accueil très sympathique des hôtes ! Merci !

Très bon week-end passé dans la maison du Payré. La résidence est vraiment bien entretenue, ultra fonctionnelle et confortable. La plage se situe à 10 minutes en voiture, de quoi se faire de superbes balades. Hôtes accueillants et arrangeants !
