Offering uninterrupted views of the greens and swimming pool, this bright and spacious property is the perfect setting for an exceptional holiday with family or friends, combining modern comforts with the pleasures of the Vendée coast. The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The accommodation comprises
- A beautiful, light-filled living area with views over the garden
- A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
- A convivial dining room opening onto the outside
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and built-in wardrobe
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room and direct view of the swimming pool
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (two 90x190 beds)
- A fourth bedroom on the first floor with queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room and balcony offering a double view of the golf course and swimming pool
- An additional shower room with WC

- A private swimming pool protected by a dome (open from 1 May to 30 September) for your bathing moments
