About this house rental
House for 4-5 persons: approx. 65 m2, at ground level. The house is modernly furnished and offers an air-conditioned living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) for one person. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower. You will find a cozy covered terrace outside with barbecue fireplace and a sheltered dining area.

Fenced garden. The last 450 meters to the house lead over a non-asphalted road (gravel road).
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 4.

Wer absolut Ruhe sucht und im Haus Roinizza bestens aufgehoben. Wir konnten die Unterkunft sogar früher beziehen als vereinbart. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend.
Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt.
Das Bett hätte etwas bequemer sein können, aber das liegt sicherlich an den Rückenbeschwerden meiner Frau
Fazit: Wir sicherlich nochmal ins Haus Roinizza fahren.
