About this house rental
House Tireli is an old renovated house with swimming pool situated in a small, very quiet village called Letajac above the Raša bay. The house is also on higest parts of village, so the wiew is really amazing- you can see the parts of Adriatic sea in Raša bay in the distance , and the old town of Labin on the hill on the other side.
The house is on 2 floors and 82 m2 ( without teraces). Downstairs you have a kitchen, one sleeping room with two separated beds and TV, and a bathroom with washing machine.
Upstairs there is a bigger sleeping room with double bed ( that can be separated as well), a safe, bathroom, and living room with a TV and a sofa that can be streched in bed for two persons . From living room you can go on large upper terrace with all day sunshine and a wiew to a swimming pool.
Swimming pool is cca 30 m from the house with a large beach, sleeping chairs and shadow, solar heated shower and toilette. You can eat outdoors- on the large covered terrace with small kitchen and grill.
Swimming pool with its beach and terrace is sorrounded by 5000 m2 of greenery and over 200 olive trees.
In front of the house you have a lot of parking place.
House is categorised as four (4) stars vacation house.
It has internet acces and WLAN, 2 TV with satelite, and it is air conditioned.
If you are searching for peace and quiet, untouched nature, enyojing on the hot sun near the swimming pool, the House Tireli is a perfect choice for you. Reading the book in peace and quiet, under the grapes shadow (gazebo), the smell of the mediterranean flora all around you- lavander, rosmary, sage, or just take the fig or grape from tree around the house....We offer you a relaxing experience in the perfect setting. You can also taste a glass of our own wine from the wineyards near the house.

Great and easy check in, even some gifts like fruits and Selfmade olives for the first day.
Wonderful house, modern furnishings like the kitchen or both baths.
The pool and including pool house are a dream, if we been at the house, we spend the whole day outside at the pool house. Enough space for the children to play! Small village, no traffic and a great view!
Would definitely recommend Marina’s and Alen house! Thank you very much for hospitality!

We stayed in house Tireli with our 2 teenage sons. The restoration of the place is very well done, is has all the convenience you wish for and is fully updated with modern equipment.
The outside pool area is in one word superb! The infinity pool creates such a pretty and relaxing vibe and the outside kitchen is fully equiped for extended family BBQs. Our sons loved the trampoline and pingpong table as well, it just makes you want to stay put the whole day as there is enough to do.
The area is quite remote, so you really do need to drive to any place you would like to go.. it was not a problem for us as we valued the peaceful and quietness of the location. Great beach visits are only 15/20 min away.
The magnificent host Marina and her husband made our stay fully complete. The welcoming entrance to the house which had fruit, wine and snacks stocked in the fridge was an absolute bless! Communication with Marina was easy and they both have been very helpful whenever we had questions.
The only maybe tip I would like to mention would be that it would have been convenient to have a info book with just a shortlist of all general info. Like explanation of garbage, electrical equipment, supermarket location etc.
But all in all we would definately recommend Tireli house, would stay again if possible!

Besonders das Poolhaus ist toll. Dort kann man sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen super aufhalten und sich im Pool abkühlen. Die Kinder lieben es. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles.
