House for 4-6 persons: approx. 140 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious open living space including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and an open fireplace as well as air conditioning. Two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub, are located on the ground floor as well. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet. The living space opens onto two covered terraces with seats. Wooden stairs lead from the living space to the top floor, which is a loft equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed (180 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi free of charge. The garden is fully fenced by stone walls. Bookings for youth groups (persons under 25 years of age) are not accepted. House Nicole is certified by the Istrian Tourist Board with the Eco Domus seal for beeing a particularly environmentally friendly holiday home.
