Comfortably furnished, the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area, air conditioning, and access to a terrace overlooking the pool. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the terrace. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The first floor has three further bedrooms. One of these has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom also has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. Just opposite the house is a partially fenced plot with parking spaces for up to 3 cars, a children’s swing and a trampoline.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
