Casa Letizia is a cozy one-room apartment located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant building 30 meters from the famous Due Torri. We are in the real historical center of Bologna. in an ideal position to reach museums, theaters, Piazza Maggiore, St. Peter's Basilica, the famous Piazza Santo Stefano and the historic 'Pescherie Vecchie' market in a few minutes on foot. At home, numerous brochures will show you the routes to discover the city and you will be updated on all current events. Rain or snow, sun or wind, with its almost 40 kilometers of ancient arcades, Bologna is a unique city in the world (the arcades of Bologna are an Italian cultural asset candidate as a UNESCO "World Heritage"). In the area there are numerous restaurants, trattorias with typical Bolognese cuisine, wine bars, places to have an aperitif surrounded by the suggestive medieval buildings of the historic center of Bologna (we have the oldest university in the world). The Margherita Gardens can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (27 hectares of greenery). The apartment is clean and tidy, it consists of a living area with WiFi Fiber Internet (unlimited and free), a comfortable sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, SMART HD flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dressing room with shelves and closet, bathroom with shower.

From Central Station: bus line A
From Marconi Airport: Bus BLQ line San Pietro stop, then 10 minutes on foot.
From the center you can reach the fair by bus (15 minutes) to the S. Orsola Hospital on foot (10 minutes). From Bologna you can quickly reach the most beautiful Italian cities by train: Venice, Florence, Siena, Ferrara, Parma, Ravenna. If you love motors, Bologna is the home of the famous Ducati company where you can visit the beautiful DUCATI MUSEUM. The historical center of Bologna is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) from 7 to 20 it is not allowed to enter by car. However, daily permits can be purchased. On Saturdays and Sundays part of the center becomes a pedestrian zone (from the Two Towers) and it is pleasant to walk through the city. There are several paid parking in the historic center and outside the center, easily accessible by public transport.

Leticia was very warm and welcoming. The apt is in a great location to visit historic Bologna. The apt is very comfortable, even disposable slippers are provided by the host.

We loved our stay at Casa Letizia One at the Two Towers! The location was AMAZING! We enjoyed being so close to everything in Bologna. The apartment is lovely. The size was perfect and quiet and it was great to have the clothes washer. The internet worked great and we loved that the apartment was one floor up but also had a lift which we used for arrival and departure. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment was great, very clean, modern for the area and an amazing location, just steps away from all the main piazzas and where the action is in Bologna. Although it was in the hub of everything it was on a slightly quieter street so not too much noise at night. Letizia was a fabulous host who was extremely responsive to communications and met us at the apartment to explain everything. She also helped us set up a taxi on the last day to take us to the train station. A very gracious host!

Perfect location! Perfectly outfitted! Perfectly clean! Perfect check in! Thanks Letizia for the use of your lovely apartment. It suited us perfectly! It was exactly what we needed as our final landing spot in Italy. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, huge bathroom, quiet with windows closed, great AC and the kitchen was very well equipped. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay at again if I were in Bologna.
