This gorgeous cottage, is located on the banks of Gerringong creek in the pristine Upper Kangaroo River area, surrounded by farmland and fresh country air.
Nellsville Cottage was orginally build in the 1950's has been tastefully renovated to offer a unique mix of modern comforts and old world charm.
Surrounded by lush farm land the property has wonderful views of the nearby mountains and escarpments and from the back deck complete with barbeque you can listen to the sounds of Gerringong Creek meander by. There is easy access to Gerringong Creek from the property, where you can an enjoy a picnic and a swim.
The house is perfect for a romantic weekend or for a family, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating and a luxurious spa bath in the master bedroom ensuite. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen. Cold evenings are perfect at Nellsville - you can curl up and relax in front of the slow combustion fire place; firewood provided from May to September.
The lovely owners provide complimentary breakfast hamper ready for your arrival, including cereal, milk, pancake mix and fresh eggs from the chooks on the property.

We had a lovely few days in your cottage and exploring the beautiful peaceful surroundings. From the booking office to the owners and people we met on our wanderings, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The chooky hens too.House was perfect and no one wanted to go home.Thank you, and we shall come back when we can.

Delightful cottage. Internally, all you need with all options catered for with comfortable bedrooms, fantastic kitchen with generous cooking utensils, coffee machine bonus with pods supplied and stove top/oven ease of use. Even a gorgeous breaky hamper of eggs, cereal and fresh eggs.
Fireplace and a/c meets any comfort needs. Just bring your food.
Outside, your immersed in the delights of Kangaroo Valley landscape and birdlife.
Highly recommend this cottage stay.
