The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one belonging to one of the 2 double bedrooms, living / dining room and a modern equipped kitchen.
The villa has a veranda [30sqm] with dining and relaxation area, is surrounded by a garden and has a large swimming pool [12x6m] complete with gazebo and outdoor shower with hot / cold water. Equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with hob and oven, double-door American fridge, TV, internet-wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, wood-burning fireplace with heating for the cold season, places cars inside the property.
An outdoor kitchen with stone barbecue completes the structure.
Fine and equipped sandy beach at 500m and beach with rocks in front of the house.

Great property. Very well equipped. The interior is much nicer than it appears on the photos so we had a nice surprise on arrival. Fabulous pool.

Excellent villa, spotlessly clean inside and outside.
Enrico the owner communicated well and his local agent, Mr Corrado, was outstanding.
The local area doesn't have much to offer, and a car is essential.

Enrico's communication was amazing prior to and during the holiday stay at his property.
Property was perfect for us, pool and veranda was amazing, comfy beds and well equipped.
Location was good, 25 minute walk into the main town area which was buzzing at night. Overall a very good holiday.

We can really recommend this property. We are a family of 5 including a baby. The pool is magnificent and very safe for children. The villa itself is traditional in style and is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. There is an out house full of basic commodities such as bottled water, toilet rolls, cleaning products etc- all free to use. We thought this was a great touch from the owner.Marzamemi is a five minute drive away and a beautiful little town and we explored different beaches most days.Enrico is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and attentive.
