HOUSE BOUGANVILLE
just 50 meters from the beach, in the center, in the pedestrian area, in a characteristic alleyway of S. Vito decorated by a century-old plant of Buoganville, with sea view.
The Holiday Apartment, with air-conditioned rooms, is located on the first floor with a double bedroom, a balcony, a double bedroom with a bridge wardrobe and a kitchenette with an extendable table, TV, a window, a bathroom with a shower;
the first floor leads to the terrace, located on the upper floor, equipped with kitchen and brick barbecue, outdoor shower, table with chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers, with a small room where there is washing machine, large fridge, ironing board etc, + car pass for parking.
The rates applied do not include the tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo and the normal consumption of water, gas, light climate (E. 50.00), which must be paid upon arrival.
Reservations are made mainly from Saturday / Sunday for a week.
Check-in after 16.00, departure must be done before 10.00am, even if the times, for guests' needs, can be flexible.
N. B. the rent does NOT include the ground floor.

Tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza (il signor Gino gentilissimo e sempre disponibile) alla pulizia dell'appartamento, punto in più più x il terrazzo: favoloso!.. dove poter cenare all'aperto con vista su San Vito.Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Periodo 25 luglio - 1 agosto. Bellissima esperienza. Casa molto accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata ad un passo dal mare e dalla via principale di San Vito Lo Capo. Gino e la sua famiglia sono dei straordinari padroni di casa molto disponibili ma senza essere invadenti. Super consigliato. Giorgio e Annalisa.
