About this apartment rental
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. Sandpiper is conveniently located to area restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment.

Bender is easy to deal with. Communication is excellent!My only con is there is no work out facility and I asked to use their location next door and was told I could not. Most places that have multiple locations let you use work out facilities at their sister properties.

We go every year with five other families and like the size and scale of the Sandpiper with its proximity to the beach, but the Potter reunion makes it impossible to get near the pool or bar-b-q area. They take over the place and are so loud, you can't enjoy your stay. Never go in mid-July.
