Beautiful, small scale boutique hotel at perfect, unique location in the heart of East Hampton. The complementary gourmet breakfast was an amazing surprise, and one the best we ever had. Extremely friendly and attentative staff.
I understand, I understand, of course, it was September and weekend, and in East Hampton.....but more than 1.000 dollars per night, for a well decorated, good and adequate but relatively small and simple standard room !?!?

Room smells of tobacco. Cobwebs on lamps. No toothbrush. Receptionist said she was going to give me bigger room but it was small.
