Nice space. New fridge. Good table. Sofa was good even though the fold out sofa bed had some issues. Good shower. Nice garden. Larissa was helpful and to her credit she offered me another room amidst the mayhem. I hope they sort out those things and if they do then it could be a great place to stay.

The mattress was totally broken (ripped and springs not working). The husband was angry and rude when I pointed it out... (she kept saying it was because of a language issue, it wasn't). No curtains. They can see in from their balcony. WiFi not strong enough to reach accommodation. Dog kennel barking outside window. The door didn't lock, eventually after trying the key broke and they told me afterwards that the door wasn't working and you have to lift it before you lock it. They then tried to charge me to replace the whole lock. And as if by magic they then tried to charge me for using the sofa bed, saying I had broken it. (a 6mm steel bracket was bent, something that could only happen if it was dropped during transit, of which I noticed before I used it). 100s of WhatsApp messages hassling for the money. All of the negatives are a real shame because it was all so avoidable. I hate to give this a bad review because it could so easily be good, but the husbands rudeness and the trying to extract money without taking any responsibility etc tipped the balance. I wasn't going to leave a review at all until the last few acidic WhatsApp messages.
