Great things were location in the town centre close to trains, buses, supermarket and tourist attractions.The size of room with a fridge was good. .We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Kitchen staff great.

. Less good things were staff service (no English, not very interested in service) no air con in room.so far too hot and noisy, especially overnight. We paid for mountain view and didn't get it despite pointing this out and asking to be moved at the start.. No refund or recompense. The jacuzzi was too small, smelly and full of kids. There were lots of stairs with no lift and staff wouldn't open the door from the restaurent to the street for a step-free access/exit. White wine from the bar was servied warm from a wine box in a cupboard! Nothing kept in the fridge and the waitress offered ice cubes to chill the wine! This hotel could be great but the staff have no training and are not very service oriented. There was never anyone on Reception and when we checked out the teenage staff were relaxing outside on seats chatting! Do better Baron Hotel!
